Load Securing

The kits in the 180 series set standards when it comes to securing loads. Besides the standard lashing rings, other types of clips can be fitted. The lashing options in the front wall go beyond the DIN requirements.

 

The innovative, folding AluBoard is unique. In the sliding tarpaulin design, it enables a stable form fit on the side and makes loading and unloading easier. Furthermore, barrier beams or lashing straps can be fastened in a hole matrix, thus enabling a high degree of load safety quickly and easily.

 

Our aluminium “load securing lashing battens” match the folding securing board. They withstand a high loading pressure despite their low weight. Conventional lashing straps can also be fastened here using claw hooks or barrier beams.

 

The kits, together with our substructures, are certified by TÜV NORD and Dekra with regard to DIN EN 12642-XL and VDI 2700ff.
