AluBoard

The innovative, folding AluBoard enables a stable form fit on the sides in the sliding tarpaulin design. Furthermore, barrier beams or lashing straps can be fastened in a hole matrix, thus enabling a high degree of load safety quickly and easily.

The sturdy aluminium profile fastened to the vehicle does not get in the way during loading and unloading, it cannot get lost and no protruding edge damages the pallets. The opened beam is used as a forklift ram protection. It fulfils DC 9.5 with regard to the lower pallet stop edge as well as DIN EN 12642 XL. However, it has a height of not only 15 but approx. 200 mm.

The AluBoard provides these benefits:

• Pallets and loads placed on them can be tightly secured.

• The many lashing and fastening points allow all conventional
   loads to be secured, whilst securing part loads is not a problem.

• Just about any lashing angle can be represented.

• The load securing equipment cannot get lost or be damaged.

• Pallets are secured from falling down in the loading process (push through protection).

• The AluBoard protects the construction from damage caused by forklift trucks.

• The requirements of DIN EN 12642, DIN EN 12640, VDI 2700 ff and DC 9.5 are fulfilled.
