Schneider Innovations
Standing still is a step backwards. What is important
about innovations is not whether they are very big,
such as our curtainsider kit with its many load
securing options, or small like our screw connection
AluScrew. What counts is the benefit!
AluTeam innovations undergo extensive stress tests
before they are ready for serial production.

1992 Support leg telematics
On the patented Schneider telematic support bases, their telescopic function is automatic. The telescope cannot be lost and cannot drop on your foot, which used to be a common accident. |
1992 Container Struts
Schneider was the first to develop the container strut subassembly. A further development is the strut with integrated guide rollers and a weigh saving of up to 25 %.
|
2000 Clinched Wheel Chocks
You can get clinched stop blocks much cheaper than welded ones. They are particularly robust and durable. Our stop blocks passed all the stringent tests at TÜV Nord. |
2001 AluShutter Roller Shutter
Schneider brought out a sturdy, easy to operate roller shutter with the AluShutter. It is distinguished by its galvanised guide rails and permanently lubricated guide rollers. |
2003 AluWood® - Roller Shutter
The AluWood® roller shutter with DB approval also proves itself in difficult operating conditions. It is much quieter than conventional plywood roller shutters. |
2004 "Liftlock" Container Lock
The sturdy, height-adjustable Liftlock container lock can be quickly fitted. Its simple handling and durability remains true even in difficult operating conditions. |
2005 Aluminium roller shutter with removable rollers
The sturdy HR25 roller shutter is approx. 10 % lighter than comparable shutters. 80 % of the load force is transmitted to the roller shaft, not to the roller retainer. The rollers and retainer can be directly replaced. The normal expensive complete dismantling and assembly process is omitted!

2009 Adjustable Swap-Body Lock
The sturdy, height-adjustable Liftlock is now available for vehicles for swap-bodies according to the BDF system and similar concepts such as the Ackermann principle. This solution is characterised by its robustness and simple handling. |
