To meet these requirements, the company group has introduced state-of-the-art manufacturing methods in all their factories, as well as Quality Assurance systems that accompany the production process. Extensive outgoing goods inspections also ensure the high quality of the parts and components.

 

The development departments and the design and production control in the plants are closely interconnected with each other. Technical data is transmitted online. The production of the kits and components of Schneider and AluTeam takes place using CAD design systems and CNC controlled production processes.

 

 

Extensive tests already in the development phase ensures the robustness of the products. Their long service life is guaranteed through, amongst other things, thorough pre-treatment of the components and the subsequent powder coating at a particularly high quality.
